Diwali and Investments

Diwali is the grandest and most lightning festival celebrated among Indians across the globe.

It is full of happiness and the market is up with zillions of perk offers on purchase of precious metals such as Gold, Silver, Platinum and vehicles, be it 2 or 4 wheelers.

India is the world’s largest single consumer of gold, as Indians buy about 25% of the world’s gold purchasing nearly 800 tonnes of gold every year, mostly for jewelry. India is also the largest importer of gold; in 2008, India imported around 400 tonnes of gold.

These figures are clear enough to signify the importance of India when it comes to gold investments.

It’s a tradition in India to purchase Gold or silver bars / coins during Diwali.

Moreover, it’s considered to be great to purchase vehicles, cars and electronics during this season.

And the beauty of this festival lies in the fact, that all the sections of society contribute it’s best expenditure at this time. Be it rich or poor, every one spends equivalent to much more than their monthly income.

According to an estimate, the people living in chawls and earning nearly 15,000 INR per month,  contribute nearly 30,000 CRORES of the market for electronics, appliances and gadgets.

30,000 CRORES is really a big amount to boost any market and that’s why you can see leading companies launching cheap variants of electronic products as well as vehicles and most of the items are available on EMIs. {Easy Monthly Installments}.

Marketing strategy says that, even if your viewer can afford 80% of the cost of the product that you sell, they won’t buy it. This is a sort of loss of the 80% to a business holder which is definitely a great loss. And that’s why, during Diwali, there are hundreds of options available {some are perks like loan on EMIs without any interest}.

Some genius guys manage to get a short term policy to cover their expenditure for the festive season. For a year, every month, they deposit say 3000 Rs. and at the coming up of festive season, they have 12*3,000=36,000 Rs+ the RETURNS which could be nearly (10-12%) which sums up to 40,000 INR.  In case, you want to celebrate a grand Diwali next time, opt for a similar short term plan and get a cool sum at the end along with good profits.

Diwali is seen as the bell of new year for Hindus and they consider it the best time to invest in various commodities such as Gold, Silver, Platinum, MCX,  stock market and real estate.

This is considered to be the goldest time for Indians and it’s a sort of very happy feeling that arises during this festive mood.

Moreover, I should not forget to mention about the worthy preparation of extremely tasty food by mothers at home during diwali. It’s really tasty and a grand space of 20 GB is not sufficient to describe the test.. YUMMY ! :O

Consider, getting yourself equipped with investments in stocks / real estate/ commodities and YUMMY FOOD.

At the last but not least, I wish you a very HAPPY DIWALI on behalf of Techite Solutions and all associates.

May Goddess Lakshmi bless you with name, fame and prosperity.
