Tomorrow, it is 15th August 2011, the 65th Independence Day of India.
It has been more than six decades, that our nation got independence but still the conditions have not improved.
Earlier, the citizens of India were servants to the Britishers and today, they are being ruled by corrupt government officials and politicians who are already involved in criminal activities.
More than 100 Members of Parliament are struck up some where in the legal procedures due to their illegal tasks and undesirable works which was never in favor of the nation. Recently, we saw hundreds of scams such as 2G, Common Wealth Games and lots more. Each scam uncovers an amount nearly equal to 70,000 Crores. In all, since last 6 decades, the figure could be nearly 10,00,000 CRORES or even multi-fold .
The government has taken several rights of expression from the people.
- The violent attack by police on Ram Dev’s campaign in Ram Lila Maidan is really ridiculous.
- Recent speeches by government officials on concern of Anna’s campaign in a rude way is again pathetic. Anna Hazare is a sort of person who has done lots of things in favor of the nation and perhaps is a more prestigious entity than Manmohan Singh or P. Chidambram or Kapil Sibal or any of the officials of any political party in India. His work is appreciable!
- There was no legal action taken against people who were killed by greedy people.
3 consecutive CMOs were assassinated for stopping corruption.
2 IIT-IIM working in public sector were assassinated for stopping corruption.
4 Farmers were murdered by police for protecting their land.
Before 1947 Gandhi ji was FREE to express his disagreement through peaceful means. Today after 64 years of INDEPENDENCE a person is fighting against corruption but Govt is not giving him space for protest. Govt is trying its level best to crush this mass movement against corruption. IS INDIA REALLY INDEPENDENT? 16th Aug, 2011. We all have to support Anna! This is a NOW or NEVER moment. Are YOU READY?

People of India are now questioning the government of India regarding their properties. All of the politicians should disclose their exact capital and all of the money that have invested in the market.
It has been observed that capital of numerous politicians come to India through a mystifying root in name of “FOREIGN INVESTORS”. FIs are never questioned about their source of money which is purely irrelevant. A common person has to fill the KYC form (Know Your Customer application) which contains all of his major details, then why is it not mandatory for the politicians?
There are millions of questions against the amount of money each politician is making every year which amounts to as high as 10,000 CRORES in a year. Without any BUSINESS, if they can generate so much of money, then friends.. wonder how much of money is our nation getting?
It’s time to get the answer.
We, the people of India work hard day and night, submit lot of money into taxes and officials from the government are enjoying luxuries at our cost. Recently, in a newspaper, I read that the average money spent on just the local transport in city for a politician is equal to 500$ = 20,000 INR. They are driving limousines, Mercedes Benz and tonnes of cars. EVERYTHING IS AT OUR COST 
!!!
This is high time for us to awake and end the corruption.
There are numerous institutions where the politicians eat a lot of money. There are plenty of universities, where you have to literally pay MILLIONS of rupees to enter the college. In the news, it came that, people paid more than 50 lakhs for being admitted into the program for training of pilots and medical professionals from the prestigious AIIMS.
If you are the son/daughter/ cousin/nephew/niece or any relative or friend of any politician, please explain him or her the problems of common man.
Is this what you call independence?
If you really mean that officials bribing and blundering money from the nation is INDEPENDENCE, then we don’t really need such an independence.
There is no law and order facility in the country.
Mighty people kill the innocent ones or those who dare to stop corruption. The government does not worry to take even a single step against such mafias. It’s only after the intervention of SUPREME COURT that something is actually done in favor of the nation.
Do you want a nation of this sort? Do we want that our coming generations should see this? NEVER.
Let’s promote the campaign of INDIA AGAINST CORRUPTION and support ANNA HAZARE on 16th August 2011 for his protest in favor of the citizens of India.
Lets hope that, NEXT INDEPENDENCE DAY, I can have a positive outlook about the political conditions in the country.
