Planning commission forgot to replace INR with USD

According to the Planning Commission of India, if YOU spend more than 31 Rs. in a day,
you are above poverty line. This stupid statement in itself is a stock of mockery.
So legally if you are spending above 900 in a month, you are not a POOR man.
Practically, every common man is poor.
The same organization has in an affidavit to the Supreme Court said that Rs. 25 per day was sufficient for a person living in a rural area for their expenditure on food, education and health.
The panel told the apex court that after adjusting the inflation, the rural poverty line was pegged at Rs. 25 per day, which embarks the adequacy of actual private expenditure.
Such statements by any of the government bodies is extremely fake and can’t be practically imagined.
The price of milk is nearly 40 Rs / Litre and of Water is 0.04 Rupee per Litre (NOT PURIFIED). Furthermore, OIL is a rich commodity for the poor households, priced at 80-150 Rs per LITRE.
In India, it’s true that more than 60% of the population earns less than Rs. 20 every day.
And if the government’s bodies incorporate impractical ideas, it’s difficult for them to sustain in the country.
May be they are following the footsteps of Foreign institutes like World Bank in estimating the income of a person. The government also boasts of supply of subsidies food and cooking fuel to 360 million Indians {Those who receive the subsidiesed products are actually not entitled to the same ethically and the needy ones never know who ate up their piece of cake. }
The point that I have integrated here is, The “Planning Commission” forgot to replace the INR symbol with USD Symbol.
Practically, if you are spending less than 1,000$ in a month, you are poor (you can’t assume yourself to be rich at just 50k INR /month). And every day, if you are spending 25$ == 1200 INR, then you can be above poverty line. A months’ ration costs above 119$ = 5,000 INR .
If the Planning Commission of India agrees to replace INR with USD, then I can agree to their statements.

I advice them to be practical and know where the world is right now.
If they expect a common man to live in 31 rs, then why do they spend more than a CRORE every month on luxuries, cars, private choppers, jets, etc????

All of the politicians in India are really extremely corrupt and they can never understand the problems of a common man.For them, a CRORE does not matter, but to a common man, it can be more than all he owns.

Being Poor is a crime in India and so you have to work hard and make enough money to suffice your needs. Or else, stay with the stupid guidelines of the government and wait for more than 7 decades keeping in mind that, a day will come when you would get a ml of oil to put in food :P . It’s a bitter truth and REALITY in India.
