Are you very concerned about corporate branding and want an essence of your brand in everything that is being used by your employees or want to express yourself in a more professional manner to your audience. This article is for the fans of CORPORATE BRANDING and public relations who wish to make an ever-lasting relation with the customers and audience of your niche. Remember: Every person who is your audience can definitely be a great customer.

Let me tell you what this article is about…

Did you ever call up a MNC or say.. did you call up any telecommunication’s broadband enquiry service or any other call centre. As soon as your call is made, you receive greetings by a machinery voice “Welcome to TheBrand… Your call will soon be transferred to the executive.”

This is a very appealing mechanism and worth for every corporate or business organization.  If your audience understands your corporatism and zeal to serve customers with efforts they will definitely wish to become your customer or opt for your services.

For any business to succeed with a very fast rate, public relations matter a lot and it’s the WORD OF MOUTH that can keep running your business with huge turnovers. If people believe your words and are extremely happy with your work, nothing can stop you from success. If you help people in numerous ways, they’ll return the same by giving a positive feedback about you in their friend circle.. And in a few years, you will be a well renowned person.

Let’s look on what should be done for this:-

1)      Start your smartphone and download the “Advanced Call Manager” application from OVI STORE (For Nokia Smartphones) or BlackBerry App world or Android Market Place.

2)      Install the above application and run it

3)      Choose the “Active Mode” option and select “Accept phonebook only”. And in Hidden callers, choose “REJECT”.

4)      Now navigate to Greetings.

5)      Download “Talkit” from http://www.groovekitten.co.uk/#/talkany/4508182908

6)      Install “Talkit” application on your desktop or laptop and turn your speakers on.

7)      Run the Talkit application and select any of the desirable voices, and type the text that you want to greet your customer with. Something like “Welcome to Techite.com. The executives are not available right now. Please leave your message after the beep.”

8)      Click “Talk It” button. You’ll hear the exact pronunciations and you can also change the personality of voice. Choose whichever suits your needs.

9)      Re-test it and when you are done. Using your phone, record this message and save as a greeting.

10)   In Advanced Call Manager, choose this as your default greeting.

11)   And you are done!!! Now your customers (who are not in your phonebook) will have a “corporate” welcome. You can also switch this on for “all calls / from a list of numbers”. Try it out and let us know your feedback.

Enjoy the spirit of CORPORATE BRANDING
